Rebranding any National Television Station is a very big project. In our case it involved conducting in-depth research, developing a strategic platform, creating hundreds of logo designs, which eventually led to a new master logo as well as variants for different channels.
We then created individual identities for different channels that interacted and worked together to help create the master brand.
To help launch the brand we created and produced a series of idents that featured specific areas of Oman, or the new sets we had created.
The launch resulted in a nation-wide discussion about the importance of modernization vs tradition, and after some initial (and understandable) resistance to change, the general public now overwhelming approve of the new identity.
